Yes. We serve private homeowners, residential building managers, housing associations, hotels, hospitals, shopping centres, industrial facilities, and public-sector institutions. Each project is treated individually regardless of size.

All elevators we supply and install comply with applicable European safety directives and standards, including EN 81 series norms. Products come with the required CE marking and full technical documentation.

New Installation

The process involves five key stages:

Site consultation — our engineer visits, assesses the shaft dimensions, load requirements, and building regulations.
Design & proposal — we prepare a technical solution and quotation tailored to your building.
Approval & permitting — we assist with obtaining the necessary permits and approvals.
Installation — our certified installation team handles the complete fit-out.
Commissioning & handover — the elevator is tested, inspected by an authorised body, and officially handed over with full documentation.

Typical installation time ranges from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the type of elevator, number of floors, shaft preparation status, and permit timelines. We provide a detailed project schedule during the proposal phase.

Both options are possible. If a shaft already exists, we adapt our equipment to fit. If not, we can design a new shaft structure as part of the project. We also offer machine-room-less (MRL) configurations that minimise space requirements.

Cabins can be configured with a wide range of materials — stainless steel, glass, wood-effect panels, various floor finishes — as well as lighting, handrail styles, and control panel designs. We will guide you through available options to match your building's interior.

Yes. We offer dedicated access solutions including platform lifts, low-speed disabled-access elevators, and standard elevators fitted with accessibility features such as voice announcements, Braille buttons, extended door timers, and contrast markings — all in line with accessibility regulations.

Modernisation scope is flexible and can include replacement of the drive system (motor and frequency converter), control panel and wiring, cabin interior, doors and door operator, safety components, and the addition of remote monitoring systems. You can choose a full overhaul or a targeted upgrade of specific components.

Downtime is minimised through careful scheduling. For buildings where an elevator is essential, we coordinate work in phases and, where possible, schedule intensive work during nights or weekends. We will agree a clear downtime plan with you before starting.

Yes — this is one of the main benefits. Replacing an older drive system with a modern frequency-controlled motor can reduce energy consumption by up to 50%. Regenerative drives can feed braking energy back into the building's electrical grid, further lowering running costs.

Service & Maintenance

Yes. We offer flexible service contracts covering regular preventive maintenance visits, priority response to call-outs, periodic statutory inspections, and 24/7 emergency support. A maintained elevator runs more safely, breaks down less frequently, and has a significantly longer operational life.

As a minimum, elevators should be serviced every 3 months. High-traffic installations (shopping centres, hospitals, hotels) benefit from monthly checks. Statutory safety inspections by an authorised certification body are required periodically — we handle the scheduling and documentation for you.

Clients on a service contract can reach our technical team around the clock. For passenger entrapment situations our technicians respond as a priority. We carry a broad inventory of spare parts to minimise repair turnaround time.

Yes. Our technicians are experienced with a wide range of elevator brands and systems. We are happy to take over the maintenance of existing installations, regardless of the original manufacturer or installer, following an initial condition assessment.

Products & Equipment

A vehicle elevator platform transports cars or light vehicles between building levels — typically used in multi-storey parking garages, showrooms, service centres, or buildings where a ramp is not feasible. We supply and install platforms designed for various vehicle weights and sizes.
